dear linda:

a few months ago as president of arizona secular humanists i asked you for the mailing list of our ASH or arizona secular humanists which you were maintaining for ASH.

you rudely wrote back something that appeared to imply i was a criminal and you would not give me the list because i was a criminal and i would harm people on the list. you then told me that you would not give me the list with out a court order. and you rambled on that some judge told you to do this

personally i didnt beleive a word you said and assumed the real reason you would not produce the list was to keep me from talking to my fellow members of ASH, and from defending my self from what you and paul putz were telling them about me.

as president of ash im again requesting a copy the list as it was back then, any updates made since then, and an explanation of all the CODES on the list.

you have 2 weeks to e-mail me the list. if you have not given me the list by then arizona secular humanists inc will file a lawsuit against you demanding that you give me the names and pay all court costs, legal fees, lawyers fees.

linda what was the name of that judge you mentioned in the e-mail? i would like to contact him and see what he has to say in the matter.

also linda i have one other request. while you were a member of the ASH board of directors last year you are no longer a member of the ASH board.

in the last election you came in dead LAST in the vote count. the members of ASH have spoken and its very clear that they dont want you as an ASH board member. you lost. please stop telling people you are an ASH BOARD MEMBER.
